Client Knowledge

.md extension is added automatically. Allowed characters: letters, numbers, dashes, dots, underscores.
Use advice/ for guidance shared with agents that isn't a formal KBA (your "Updates" docs), kba-updates/ for email notes about changes to existing KBAs (your "Updated KBAs" docs), and adhoc/ for corrections you add on the fly (the listener's ✎ Teach button saves here too — on any conflict adhoc notes WIN). All three are automatically loaded into every chat pinned to this client and into the live coach.

The AI transcribes the screenshot(s) into markdown — every point kept, nothing summarised — and drops it into the Content box for you to review before the normal Save. Anything you've already typed in Content is passed along as context. Up to 4 images, ~5 MB each.
